Hey guys,

Are you searching for hair growth methods that actually work?

Ever since I started HCS and especially the Readers Queries Section, a lot of you reach out time and again for natural and actual hair growth tips and tricks that work.

My Personal Favorite Hair Growth Methods That Actually Work

In the past, I have shared my hair growth journey too with you all. But you guys still wanted more, so here it goes. I am also including some long Indian hair secrets that I inherited growing up. So I am sure you will love it.

1.Hot Oil Treatment Method

Yes this again.

Applying the right hair oil the right way works best for hair’s overall health. I know I always start my hair growth posts with this tip but this is the most important step for your hair growth journey. The first thing you need to do is find out your hair type. Based on that select the hair oil that works best for your hair type. Now heat this oil using double boiler method and apply it twice a week. Before shampooing gives some steam and then shampoo.

2.Use Inversion Method

inversion method

Inversion method is super awesome massaging technique. It is nothing but sitting on your chair or bed and flipping your hair upside down and just massaging your hair simply with the fingers softly for two to three minutes daily for a week. Do this for a week every month and you will be stunned.

3. Co-washing Method

While washing your hair, try co-washing instead. Now you might ask what exactly is washing method? Co-washing is nothing but washing your hair with conditioner first and then with shampoo. Let me explain in brief.

For co-washing, first, wet your hair and remove excess water. Apply conditioner on your damp hair concentrating on length and not on your scalp. Leave it for 2 minutes. Now apply your shampoo on top of it and shampoo like you normally would. Rinse it and it will leave your hair super soft and super silky.

Why will this benefit you?

In the long run, you might have experienced your ends getting damaged and you end up cutting your damaged ends. With co-washing, your hair won’t get dry and you won’t end up losing your precious hair.

Note: If you have oily hair, co-washing won’t work for you.

4. Hair Rinse Method

This is by far one of the best things for your hair. For hair rinse method, it hardly takes 10-15 minutes weekly to deliver super amazing and quick results.

5. Do Deep Conditioning Method

Deep conditioning method is another helping hand in your hair growth journey. Here are some of my favorite deep conditioning hair masks that work like a charm:

6. Eat Onion, Tomato, Spinach, & Carrot Daily Along With Capsicum

I know you might find it weird but if you incorporate raw tomatoes, onions, spinach and carrots in your daily diet, it triggers your hair growth. Also eating spicy food also helps your hair grow faster and longer that too quickly. But that doesn’t mean you go on eating extremely spicy food huh. We don’t want you hurting your digestive system while growing your hair out. Along with this make sure to drink a lot of water. And by a lot, I literally mean as much as you can. The more the merrier case aptly applies here.
