Argan Dew Replenishing Hair Mask Review: Does it Work?

How are you doing? Have you guys heard about a Hair care Brand called Argan Dew? Argan Dew is a company from Israel and they have a very unique hair care range. What’s unique about them is that they use Argan Oil as their main ingredient in all their hair products.

If you guys are unaware of what Argan oil is then let me explain in brief. Argan oil is basically an oil extracted from a fruit of Argan Tree. If you might have noticed that Moroccan women have really beautiful soft and thick hair. The secret to their hair is using Argan Oil.

Argan oil is a very rich in vitamin E and moisturizing properties. It helps in straightening of your hair, defining curls, strengthening hair, maintaining elasticity of your hair, promoting hair growth and curing split ends. In my last post on which shampoo should you use according to your hair type, I mentioned for curly / coarse hair use a shampoo with Argan oil as one of the main ingredients.

Lets begin with our Argan Dew Hair Mask Review

You guys know I absolutely love trying hair masks. I am usually making at least one new DIY hair mask every week. Hair masks form an important part of my hair care routine. I am in love with them and this Hair Mask by Argan Dew was a really amazing one.

The Appearance

Since I received the samples, they were beautifully packed in sachets with really pretty colors used on the packaging. Honestly the sachets are really cute in shape. They look like a cute small bottle. They are absolutely travel friendly.

Swatch

The hair mask is really creamy textured and white in color. Their creamy consistency makes them easy to spread. I required just one sachet for my waist length long hair. The hair mask has a really light and fruity kind of smell which does not bother but is actually really pleasant one.

Ingredients and Directions for use

The Hair Mask is SLS Free and is really easy to use. You just need to apply it on your wet hair. The best part about this hair mask is that it restores you hair from damage and makes them shiny in just 5 to 10 minutes.

My Take On Product

When I first received the samples, I thought that three sachets of hair mask won’t be enough for my long hair but to my surprise, only one sachet was more that enough. It spreads really well.

You guys know me, I love experimenting. So,  instead of using this hair mask like mentioned, I heated it using double boiler method for just a minute and then applied on my damp hair, covered with my shower cap and left it on for 15 minutes. After that I used my heat cap and gave my hair some heat, so that the hair mask would penetrate better into my hair shaft. Then I rinsed it with regular tap water. The hair mask was really easy to rinse off. After rinsing, the smell of the hair mask stayed for about half an hour on my hair.

The results were amazing. My hair felt really soft, shiny and straight. This hair mask really does have power to restore your hair from damage. I received lot of comments from my friends for the whole week for my hair. Felt really good .
