Recently, I donated my hair to cancer patients, it felt amazing. But after a couple of days I started missing my long hair. So I tried my hands on Irresistible Me Hair Extensions.

Irresistible Me started their hair extensions brand in 2012 in New York city. They deal in clip-in extensions, tape-in extensions, single clip-in volumizers, and ponytail extensions. I tried Irresistible Me clip-in hair extensions.

I always wanted to try the hair extensions but I can’t tolerate lot of hair clips on my hair. It gives me headache. But while checking out the hair extensions on Irresistible Me, I noticed that they come with small clips which were so light weight that after wearing these for almost 3 hours I didn’t feel any heaviness or headache.

Let me share my experience putting in Irresistible Me hair extensions in detail.

The Irresistible Me hair extensions comes in variety of colors suitable for almost everyone.  You can check out the variety of color options available in the image below. I selected Chocolate Brown because it was closest to my hair color.

They have these hair extensions available in various lengths according to your needs. I ordered 24″.

It also comes in three weight (100g, 140g, 200g) options depending on thickness of your hair. I have thick hair after I patiently followed every step of my thin to thick hair journey. Hence I opted for 200 gms.

My Experience Using Irresistible Me Hair Extensions

The moment I received these hair extensions, I couldn’t wait to unbox. These hair extensions by Irresistible Me came in sealed zip lock pouches which were in a beautiful black box which was covered with bubble wrap inside another box.

Kudos on the packaging! 🙂

On one side(right one in the image above) they have a single layer of hair strands. If in any case you feel the color, quality or size is inappropriate or does not match your requirement, you can simply return it or exchange your Irresistible me hair extension at this point.

The company offers free exchange or return.

The only condition you need to abide by is you don’t tamper with the bigger sealed pouch. Also, you cannot return or replace if you order Irresistible Me hair extensions with highlights. 

I received the extensions of 200 gms, they were pretty thick. The extensions are pretty thick but becomes thin on the ends but that is because these are natural human hair.

They came in net packing inside the zip pouches.

A quick tip: Remove the net really carefully otherwise it gets messed up. 

 

 

It came in different parts and sections so you can apply them all around your hair that adds volume to your hair instantly. If you have thin or flat hair, you might notice a huge difference in your hair volume instantly.

How To Put In Irresistible Me Hair Extensions?

Its really easy to put in these clip-in hair extensions by Irresistible Me.

• Start by de-tangling your hair well, I prefer using a wooden comb or a boar bristle brush for the same.
• Part your hair in two sections while tying the upper section and securing it well.
• Take the clip-in hair extension you desire to use, unlock its clips.
• Fix them right close to the roots and lock the clips, securing the hair extensions.
• Repeat the process for as many clip-ins as you feel comfortable to use and style them using your hair straightener or curler or any other styling tool you prefer for better blend-in look. Or you can leave them as it is.

The extensions don’t match your hair that easily without styling. I didn’t style my hair to give you the clear idea of what it would look without styling.

How to take care of these hair extensions after you remove them?

After you remove them, you can wash them like you would normally wash your hair.

Shampooing and conditioning your hair extensions followed by air drying is a good way to keep them as good as new for longer durations.

I felt the extensions were a little less soft after hair wash but that was my fault. Because I used a shampoo that contained sls and parabens.

I had great experience trying out Irresistible Me hair extensions. They come indifferent colors, sizes and weights to match your hair. They are super easy and comfortable to wear. The only downside is that you need to style your hair extensions to better blend in with your natural hair.
