As you know I like trying and testing whether or not the products work as advertised. And since so many of you were asking me to recommend good biotin supplements, so I thought I should try one and share its pros and cons with you.
So I picked up biotin supplements from Satthwa because I have tried their premium hair oil ad their anti-dandruff range and I love the quality of their products. So after taking these for more than a month, here I am with my two cents on this beauty.
About the Brand: Satthwa
Satthwa was started in 2016 by Prashant Parikh with the introduction of the Satthwa Premium Hair Oil, since then the hair oil has benefited thousands of men & women and the success of which has paved the way to launching other natural beauty products.
What is Biotin?
Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin or commonly known as Vitamin B7 which increases your metabolism and it diminishes very quickly. It helps improve metabolism, tissue maintenance, & healthy skin, hair and nails. It is the beauty industry’s latest favorite product that has a lot of people claiming that it helps to trigger hair growth.
Satthwa Biotin Supplement Review
Now when I ordered these I was pretty curious as to why and how will it work. Honestly taking pills was a bit scary because I have a very sensitive body and I get prone to side effects quickly. But the job is a job so I took the leap of faith and began my mission to test these biotin pills.
How To Take Them?
It was mentioned on the cover to take one of these after a meal. So I religiously took one pill every day.
Did I notice any positive results?
Honestly, if you ever take any hair growth challenge or any pills and want to monitor results the best way is to take before and after pictures of your hair. For me, it was visible. My hair went from 18 inches to 21 inches this month. Usually, my hair grows about 2 inches but this month it surpassed it and grew 3 inches.
But the sad part is my nails are still brittle and don’t grow at all.***Insert broken heart emoji***
Did I notice any side effects?
Thank God I didn’t. My melodramatic self was worried for nothing. These were safe and I didn’t see any side effects. Although if you are trying for the first time, I would recommend you to check with your doctor and be safe. Because Biotin pills tend to have side effects like itchy skin, rashes and it is an absolute no-no if you are pregnant.
BE SAFE, okay!
