Himalaya recently launched its new fruit face washes collection, especially for oily skin. This range of face washes looks absolutely cute and you would just want to grab one if you can’t resist cute stuff like me.

Himalaya is one brand that I believe almost everyone in India had tried its hand on at least one of their products. I personally have grown up using its neem face wash, neem face pack, protein cream, shampoos and what not.

As I adore Himalaya’s neem face wash so much I got super excited when they launched this new face washes for oily skin. Although I have dry skin due to humidity in the weather these days I had to use a good face wash that would prevent my face from getting oily continuously.

Variants: Himalaya has launched four different fruity face washes this time namely peach, blueberry, strawberry, and lemon. My personal favorites are blueberry and lemon.

Revive your skin with energizing natural beads and the goodness of Strawberry. Experience the perfect deep cleansing that washes away oil and dirt to give you skin that is glowing, healthy, and refreshed.

Appearance: The face wash comes in a transparent plastic tube with a flip shut cap which makes the face wash really travel-friendly. Plus the vibrant fruity colors adds a certain freshness and appeal to the packaging.

The face wash has a wonderful gel-like consistency with very minute beads which gently exfoliates the oil and dead skin. Mind you the beads are not too harsh to leave your skin dry making it perfect for everyday use. The face wash has a very fresh and light fruity fragrances which won’t trouble your nose but will add to the freshness.

Price: It costs Rs.75 for 100 ml.

My Experience using Himalaya Fresh Start Oil Clear Face Washes

I have been using the blueberry variant right now as it is rich in anti-oxidants and this humid weather is making my skin really dull. The face wash being of a gel consistency I need very little of it to clean my entire face in one go. Plus it lathers really well. It effectively cleans all the dirt and oil and at the same time, it gently leaves your skin mildly exfoliated. I just found one issue that it wasn’t able to remove the stubborn makeup in one go and I had to use my makeup remover. Other than that I am absolutely crushing over this fruity range.
