Have you tried using Satthwa anti-dandruff hair oil yet?

I recently picked their hair oil and shampoo from anti-dandruff range. In the past, I have tried using their premium hair oil and it worked really well for me and that’s why when my scalp became irritated this summer, I wanted to try out their range. Its been almost a month since I am using their anti-dandruff range and today I am here to share my two cents on Satthwa hair oil.

Satthwa Hair Oil For Dandruff Review

Remove term: satthwa hair oil for dandruff satthwa hair oil for dandruff

Appearance: The oil comes in a transparent bottle with a white colored flip shut cap. The bottle looks cute and is travel-friendly too. I love the greenery doodled on the cover. All the details about the oil are well mentioned on the label.

Now let’s talk about the oil. The oil is light yellowish in color and is on the lighter side making it more apt for summers. I prefer using light hair oils in the summer. It has a very mild herbal fragrance which I liked since I am used to DIYing my masks and oils. I actually found it to be pleasant.

Product claims: An all natural anti-dandruff hair oil made from coconut oil, tea tree oil & lemon oil. Coconut oil moisturizes the scalp & tea tree oil along with lemon oil removes stubborn built-up dandruff!

Price: It costs Rs.399 for 100ml.

Shelf life: 12 months.

My Experience using Satthwa Anti-dandruff hair oil

satthwa for dandruff

As I mentioned earlier, summer ruins my scalp. It gets really itchy with some flakes. So it was the perfect time to try and test Satthwa’s anti-dandruff range.

So the first time I tried the oil, I found it to be nice light texture which glides smoothly and very comfortable to massage. I warmed it using the double boiler method and applied it gently with my fingertips. I kept it overnight and the next morning gave it a little steam using y thermal cap before rinsing it with Satthwa’s anti-dandruff shampoo.

The oil was easy to wash off in one go. And it left my scalp really soothed right from the first time. My scalp was itch free for the next two days and from the third day mild itching started again so I oiled my hair again and after each wash, I started noticing my scalp getting better and healthier.

Now after using it for almost a month, and finally after emptying the hair oil, I can safely say it works! It definitely works amazingly well when it comes to dandruff, dry scalp, itchy scalp, and minor flakes. After a month, I still have dandruff which might go away after summer but until then I found a way to keep it in check.

Overall a good option if you are someone who is tired of dandruff issues, this can be an ideal pick.
