How are you all doing? I am just trying new hair products and diys these days and soon you will be seeing lots of different and amazing posts in here. But, today I wanted to write about a new shampoo that I tried recently – Garnier’s Ultra Blends Henna and Blackberry Nourishing Shine Shampoo.
These new range by Garnier has been all over the place. Wherever I go, I felt like the products were following me (lolz.. ;-)) I mean Garnier marketed these new range so well everyone was talking about it. I thought I should give it a try. So I bought the Nourishing Shine shampoo from this range. I was little skeptic in the beginning since it contains sulfates and I personally avoid using shampoo with sulfates. You can checkout here why shampoos with sulfates are bad for your hair.
The Shampoo came in a beautiful plastic bottle which is Indigo in Color and has a Golden Cap. The bottle is absolutely travel friendly. Honestly, I loved the packing.
The shampoo is Pinkish Purple in color and has a runny consistency. You require just a small amount of the shampoo and it lathers really well. The smell is absolutely divine. It smelt like really pleasant kind of fruity and sweet. It is not too strong to trouble your noses.

My Take on Product
I have been using this product for over a month now and so far I have seen improvement in my hair’s shine. It didn’t feel like my hair were more nourished then they were before. For the first use it made my scalp bit itchy may be because it contained sulfates and my hair are not used to the shampoo that contains sulfates. After the 2nd wash, I had no such complaints.
The shampoo lathered really well and I didn’t have to use more than a coin sized amount for my long hair. My hair smelled wonderful for almost 3 to 4 hours after I shampooed. I didn’t use the conditioner but my hair were still good and manageable. So, I guess it nourished little bit.

Will I purchase this product again and recommend this to a friend ?
Absolutely worth it. Since, most sulfate free shampoos are a bit pricey this shampoo is good option to use, at least it is paraben free. It actually delivers the promises made to a certain extent. Plus if your hair are dull and lacks shine, you should definitely give this a try !!!
