- Bare Minerals does have a lot of options for vegan consumers. Its products are formulated with plant-based ingredients.
- They are actively working on minimizing plastic usage and working towards recycling plastic.

- if you are entirely vegan and looking for a brand that shares your ideology. They continue to use animal hair to manufacture brushes, beeswax, and other animal-derived ingredients manufacture most of its products.
- Its parent company still tests on animals and continues to sell in countries that test on animals. So if you are against it, then I would recommend you to look elsewhere.
- They do make their products free of the most harmful chemicals but they continue to use some irritants and allergens in their makeup products. Their products still contain added fragrance, limonene and linalool, and other ingredients.
