How are you today??? As you know I am always searching for new line of products that is free of harsh chemicals, is completely organic and which works well for sensitive skin. And while I was on my search trip I landed on one such brand called Hug Your Skin.

About the Brand

Hug Your Skin started by Lucy Husarkova is a distributor of Inlight products which recently entered Canada and USA market. This is one of the few companies that actually stands true to its claims of being 100% organic skincare products.

Being a beauty blogger, I get tons of emails, comments and messages from my readers asking about the right products for their skin. I hear so many complaints that though the product claims to be 100% organic, it has chemicals that actually were really harsh on their skin. Some even had complaints that they got rashes, breakouts and what not. I just say this to them – Go Natural! Going natural means opt for products that are more natural and organic.

How to Find out if the Products are Completely Natural and Organic????

Here is something that might surprise you. Did you know that brands can claim that their products are completely natural and organic even if it contains less that 1% of organic ingredients??? So how exactly can you find out whether a product is completely organic or not??? Look for their ingredients list. If it says it contains Sulphates, Parabens, Petrochemicals, Propylen Glycol, Dimethicone, Mineral Oil then ditch them and opt for the products that are completely natural.

One more thing to look for would be the Water Content. If a product contains water, it has to contain chemical preservation. Therefore always opt for products with oil base. Oil Based products can be preserved using different types of oils like etheric oils and that is why  they can be 100% organic.

 

Why I Liked Hug Your Skin???

Lot of brands these days claims to be natural but somehow ends up selling chemical loaded products. They claim to be natural but when you check your ingredient list the natural extracts forms just 5- 10% of the product. The rest is just chemicals. But with Hug Your Skin, it not only is 100% natural and organic but it actually heals your skin. This fact attracted me the most. The second thing was Dr. Spiezia creator of the brand . He was voted Top 25 Beauty Expert in UK, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. How amazing is that???

While researching and reading about them, I came across a very interesting interview of Czech actress. She claimed that daily use of makeup, lights and lot of chemically loaded products made her skin looked dull and aged. But after using these products she said that these products actually helped in healing her skin and helped her look younger. This was another amazing thing that made me share about this brand.
