To grow my hair faster these are the steps that I took:

Made a list of hair problems like dandruff, hair fall, split ends that needed to be addressed first and started working on it one step at a time.

I religiously incorporated Indian hair oiling routine and used 100% cold pressed hair oils.

Pampering my hair with some steam before every wash became an integral part of my routine.

I added few drops of rosemary essential oil to my shampoo before washing my hair. Rosemary helped me control my hair fall and regrow my lost hair.

I trimmed instead of cutting my hair this year since longer hair length was my main hair goal.

I worked on maintaining and improving my scalp health by incorporating tea tree hair oil and apple cider vinegar hair rinse.

I switched to rosehip oil instead of my regular hair serum. It nourished my frizzy hair and helped repair damage.

I Added Onions, Tomatoes, Pulses, and Legumes to my diet. These are natural biotin-rich superfoods that help your hair grow thicker and quicker. Make sure you eat these and protein-rich leafy veggies in your diet if you desire those beautiful hair.
