Tvakh Coffee Bean and Ginger Hair Stimulating Shampoo Review

This shampoo by Tvakh is made up by a unique combination of ingredients coffee beans and ginger along with some others. If you guys have been a regular reader at HCS then you might already know that I love using Coffee for my hair care. I use it as a hair rinser, as a natural colorant and a conditioner. Hence, I was really excited to try this shampoo.

Plus, I haven’t used ginger for my hair care ever. I have heard lot of the other bloggers and vloggers using it but somehow, I haven’t. So, was really eager to try this shampoo.

This shampoo comes in transparent plastic bottle with black label and black flip flop cover. The bottle looks really simple and elegant but sadly it’s not travel friendly.

Swatch

The shampoo is light coffee color with slight reddish hint. Its bit runny in consistency. It lathers well, smells kind of like ginger wali coffee 😉

My experience with Tvakh Coffee bean and Ginger Hair Stimulating Shampoo

As I mentioned above, because of the unique ingredients, I was really excited to try this shampoo. It smells really amazing and I required just a coin sized amount of shampoo to wash my long hair. However, when I oiled my hair, I had to use twice the amount of what I was using to remove the hair oil completely. So, this time I had to use a conditioner along to keep my hair soft and manageable.

The shampoo didn’t strip off my natural oils but actually soothed my scalp. Oh, how much I love when a shampoo doesn’t dry out my scalp! Especially since this is winter and it naturally makes your hair and scalp all the drier. This shampoo won my heart over this fact.

After washing my hair, I didn’t need any conditioner or serum to make my hair manageable. My hair was soft, silky and smelt wonderful.
